About Us
In the fall of 2006 Leecy Fink purchased Celebration. Celebration has been a part of the Central Virginia community since 1981. In January 2007, she relocated the shop to 920 Main Street in the heart of downtown Lynchburg. She and her husband have three children and are very active in the community. Owning her own bridal and formal wear shop has fulfilled a lifelong dream.
